Terms and Conditions: Dryclean on the Go provides dry cleaning and laundry services to delivery customers (the "Customer"). We process the Customer's account in accordance with the Customer's Customer Profile. The following Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the Customer profile and will be adhered to by Dryclean on the Go. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customer Profile: The information is for Dryclean on the Go use only. The Customer Profile enables us to: 1) process your garments per your requests. 2) gives us contact information when we need to contact the Customer about garment issues 3) process credit/debit cards of the Customer with his signature on file.

Pickup & Delivery Service: We pickup garments between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. No Pick-up or delivery will be provided on holidays on which Dryclean on the Go is closed. Service always resumes on the next business day.

Delivery Bags: Customers pay a five dollar deposit at the account set up on their account bag. That deposit is returned when the Customer ceases service and returns the bag to Dryclean on the Go. We do not provide an inventory sheet but if the Customer wishes to include a count or inventory with the outgoing order we will verify the count at the check-in. Discrepancies will be noted at the time and the customer contacted before the order is processed. If the Customer does not provide a count, our count must be accepted as recorded by Dryclean on the Go and this will constitute the Customer's complete order.

Care Label Instructions: Dryclean on the Go assumes no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels. We cannot be responsible for weak, tender, defective or adulterated materials or such conditions that could not be determined prior to processing. In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimming, buckles, beads, buttons, mother of pearl buttons, zippers, suede, leather or sequins.

Extent of Liability: Any difference in the number of items sent to Dryclean on the Go versus the number returned to the Customer, or any damage to an item, must be reported to Dryclean on the Go within 24 hours of delivery of the processed garments. The limit of any claim will not exceed ten (10) times the price of processing any single garment and will be issued as a "store credit" against future orders with Dryclean on the Go.

Credit Card Charges: All accounts are processed by Visa, MasterCard or American Express with an account and signature on file. If a customer's credit card on file with Dryclean on the Go is denied, we will assess a $25 service charge to the purchase amount.
